Registration Procedures
1. Registration can be done in person, by mail, phone or fax
2. Registration IN PERSON takes place the day BEFORE all other forms of registration are accepted.
3. Registration may be delayed if the registration form is incomplete or incorrect.
4. To qualify for member rates, your membership must be current throughout the session.
5. Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis. Prior class enrollment does not guarantee availability of class selection.
6. When possible, you may register for more than one session at a time. Some classes fill rapidly.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Numbers are available at 5:30 a.m. Phone, fax and mail registration is accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the second day of registration. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and debit cards as forms of payment. Mail-in registrations will be dated when received and processed after 1:00 p.m. Mail-in registrations do not guarantee availability of class selection. Please include a second choice.

Credit/Refund Policy
The YMCA will issue class credits to be applied to other YMCA programs when any of the following apply:
1. Medical reason prohibits the member from participating in the program (doctor’s note required;)
2. YMCA programs conflict with the registered program. Other organization program conflicts DO NOT qualify for a YMCA credit;
3. YMCA cancels program; or
4. Member is dissatisfied with the quality of the YMCA program.

Class Cancellation
If the YMCA cancels any class due to an Act of God (snow storm, loss of electricity, etc.) no credit or makeup class will be issued.

NOTE TO LIMITED MEMBERS:
You will be given a class admittance card upon registration. You will be asked to show this card each time you enter the building.

ALL SCHEDULES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE REGISTRATION DESK FOR CURRENT FACILITY HOURS.
*Registration dates may vary for specific leagues and programs. Please check program descriptions for specific registrations dates where applicable. Programs that would usually meet on a holiday will be prorated upon registration.
