Boot Camp
Are you looking for that class that will get you fit, toned and lean while sending your energy levels through the roof? Boot Camp increases endurance through a series of six to eight stations of activities including sprinting, ladders, and jumping rope. Sculpt your body using barbells, tubing, weighted bars, and strengthen the core with Pilates.
Butts & Guts
Exactly as it sounds. Tone and tighten abdominal muscles and glutes in this 30 minute class.
Core Ball
Interval trining at its finest, with a touch of Turbo Kick thrown in! Burn fat and increase muscle strength while performing strength and cardio intervals using the stability ball. Core work will be integrated into most segments. Be motivated by high energy music and have fun while getting a great workout.
Cycle
Take on the exercise challenge of your life! Try our Studio Cycle classes.
Studio Cycling is a high-tech stationary indoor road bike ridden in
a group class setting. Each rider pedals in rhythm to music and imagery,
guided by an instructor. Options and resistance levels are offered
for both beginner and advanced fitness levels so everyone can enjoy
a challenging workout.
Muscle Madness
Tone and increase muscle endurance in this body sculpting class. Use different types of equipment and perform different exercises each class to prevent boredom and plateau. A variety of equipment may be used such as band, balls, BOSUs, etc.
P100%
POWER 100%! Intervals, circuit training and power moves will give you the ultimate workout with maximum results. A variety of equipment may be used, along with utilizing your own body weight to perform exercises.
Pilates
The Pilates mat system uses specific movements to emphasize pelvic stabilization,
abdominal control, strength, flexibility, and breathing techniques.
Benefits include a firmer, sleeker body, injury prevention and the
ability to move more easily, decreased back pain, corrected posture,
balance and alignment. Become strong, stretched, and centered.
Step
Step Aerobics is a fun way to exercise - a low impact, high intensity
challenge. Classes involve a wide range of stepping patterns on a 4”-12” adjustable
platform and end with 15 minutes of floor work (i.e. abdominal toning).
It’s a great way to burn fat and increase your endurance.
Stretch
Increase range of motion and prevnet injury and distress. Stretch the entire body in this 45 minute class.
Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is an easy to follow, calorie crushing kickboxing class. You will learn the basic Turbo Kick terminology and form. It's the ultimate cardiovascular class that's a unique blend of intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down. No previous kickboxing experience or equipment necessary.
Yoga
A wonderful workout for any fitness level. Yoga combines strength and
flexibility techniques to give you an overall body workout. Add a relaxing
visualization section at the end and you have a great class for both
inner and outer body strength.
Yogalates
The perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates mat exercises. Flow through yoga poses and increase stamina, strength and flexibility in this Ashtanga Yoga style class. Improve core strength with traditional Pilates exercises. The two formats combined compliment each other.
Xtreme Flex
A full body workout that increases muscle strength and endurance. Work each muscle group 4-5 minutes while using the barbells and plates.
Zumba
Come join the party! Feel the Latin and international rhythms as you dance your stress away with this easy to follow class. Dance Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and more in this energy-driven fiesta.
Intro to Cycle
Ease into Studio Cycling with a 30 minute introductory class that helps you to build endurance at your own pace. Enjoy the motivation of lively music and an instructor that will help lead you through aerovic endurance intervlas of flat roads, turns and hills. Free for all members.
Intro to Strength and Conditioning
Ever wonder how to get toned and condition your entire body? This 30 minute weight training class will use a variety of equipment including barbells, free weights and tubing. This class is guaranteed to be fun, yet easy to follow. Free for all members.
Fit for Life
A great program for anyone new to exercise. A safe and sensible class
that includes exercises for flexibility, range of motion, and muscle
toning in combination with fitness walking and a variety of different
types of light aerobics. Free for all members.
Y’s Way to Fitness
Come and be motivated in this no-nonsense exercise program that stresses
physical conditioning in a social atmosphere. There is no need to register,
just show up dressed for exercise. Free for all members.
