it varies from week to week. It is a great opportunity for you to “cross-train”,
taking a variety of fitness classes to increase your cardiovascular
endurance and achieve a higher fitness level. All adult fitness classes
are coed and open to those 14 years and older.
BOSU
As we age the body tends to loose the ability to balance. Balance represents
the ability to maintain steadiness in our day to day activities, as
well as increase our endurance in high performance activities. BOSU
training strengthens the abdominal, back, shoulder, arm, and thigh
muscles to support the body by functioning as a whole unit creating
a sense of balance and aiding in the prevention of injuries. By incorporating
a BOSU ball (a half sphere allowing use with BOth-Sides-Up) into your
workout, you improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and
concentration.
Muscle Flex—The Total Body Barbell Workout
Multiple studies have proven that a total physical fitness program that

increase bone density - so how can you pass up this great class?
Muscles Flex is designed to work your whole body using barbells with
highly motivating music. The focus is on correct technique and high repetitions
so you don’t get big, just strong and toned.
BE WARNED: This workout will change the shape of your body!
Pilates
The Pilates mat system uses specific movements to emphasize pelvic stabilization,
abdominal control, strength, flexibility, and breathing techniques.
Benefits include a firmer, sleeker body, injury prevention and the
ability to move more easily, decreased back pain, corrected posture,
balance and alignment. Become strong, stretched, and centered.
