Hey kids! If you are between the ages of 11 and 15 and want to work out in our Wellness Center, this is the class for you! Youth certification classes are offered to teach you how to use the cardiovascular and strength training machines safely. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique and form, including correct use of the equipment. A written and practical test will be a part of the course. Stay motivated and get strong while working out with kids your own age in our new Youth Fitness Center!

Teen Sports Conditioning

This class is for the serious athlete focusing on explosive speed, agility, plyometrics, and serious core work in all sports diciplines! You will be using agility ladders, 6" hurdles, jump ropes, medicine balls, stability balls, and steps. Instructor is certified through NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) in High Powered Plyometric.
