Healthy Kid's Day

Join us for a great day of fun! There will be something for the entire family from health screenings, to the annual Splash 'n' Dash.

This year's YMCA Healthy Kids Day also marks the launch of new HEALTHY FAMILY HOME™ resources made possible by Eli Lilly and Company. "Starter Kits", providing practical tools for children and parents to work together to embrace healthy habits at home are available online and will be available the day of the event as will a number of other resources to help establish healthy living habits.
