The Y offers healthy lifestyle activities that bring together people with shared athletic interests, because lifelong rewards come from teamwork, friendly competition and exercise.
- Racquetball Flex League
Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting started, there is a league (AA, AB, BC, Women’s) for you. Games are scheduled weekly between you and your opponent; game play is three games to 15. The league ends with playoffs for top finishers in each division. Only members or league participants may make court reservations.
- Wallyball League (4v4)
Wallyball is played on a four-wall court with rules similar to volleyball. This fast-paced game allows the ball to be bounced against the ceiling or a wall before being returned over the net. A and B levels are formed for league play, which concludes with a bracket tournament.
- Adult Open Volleyball
Bring your “A” game to our drop-in competitive adult volleyball. Teams are formed weekly based on the number of people in attendance. All games are pick-up format.
- Pickleball Play
This low impact sport combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Registration is not required; equipment will be provided.
- Table Tennis
Bring your friends and join other players—casual or competitive—for pick-up table tennis games. Equipment is provided.
- Open Gym
Is it hard to find time to be active after a long workday? We offer open gym for individuals who want to drop in and play ball in the early morning.
- Masters Swim Training Club
Are you a master swimmer, triathlete or swimmer who aspires to work on swimming skills and technique? Our Masters Swim Training Club is for you! Take advantage of this opportunity to be coached in the water by former All-American swimmer, professional triathlete and B.R. Ryall YMCA Swim Coach Nick Early.
