Taking advantage of our Online Registration feature is easy. Our secure server provides a safe place for registering for great programs in our community.

Who can Use the website?
Anyone is welcome to view our site, browse programs and use the resources available on the site.

Can I register for programs online?
Yes! Anyone who has been a member or participated in programs and has an active account with the B.R. Ryall YMCA can register for programs. Those who have not participated in Y programs in the past should call first and have an account established.

How do I register for programs?
Clicking the “Log in to My Y” link will take you to a main search page on our registration site. You will see a pop-up box asking if you want to log in or just browse programs. Click “OK” to log in. Type in your ID and password and you are ready to register. If you don’t know your membership ID, you can log in using your first and last name.

Where can I find my ID?
Your ID is a six-digit code located on the front of your membership card. You will find it just to the left of the barcode.

How do I know my password?
The first time you are logged in, your password will be automatically set to your first initial of your first name+first initial of your last name+date of birth (mmddyy). Example: John Doe born 02/01/1968 = JD020168

Can I change my password?
Yes! Once you have logged in, click on “My Information.” There you can update your personal information and change your password. This will update information for your entire family.

What if I forget my password?
On the login screen, there is a “forgot password” button. Simply click this button and your password will be sent to your default email address.

Why do I have to complete a waiver when I register?
The first time you register online, you will be asked to complete an online waiver including emergency contact information, medical release and a release of B.R. Ryall YMCA from liability. These forms are required in order to participate in YMCA programs. You can always go back and update your waiver by clicking on the “my waiver” button.

Can I register my child for a program?
Yes! When you login, you have access to register any of your family members for programs. Just click on the “my family” button. There you will see a list of all of your family members. Click on the family member you want to register, and begin searching for programs.

Can I pay program balances online?
Yes. Any outstanding program balances will be payable online. This will be especially helpful for programs such as camps and childcare that require only a deposit for registration.

Can I make a donation online?
Yes. Whether you are a member or not online contributions will be accepted on our website. You can also review recent contributions and make payments on outstanding pledges.

Can I renew membership online?
Yes. Anyone not using our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer; aka “Bank Draft”) membership program may pay their membership dues online. Membership payment options will become available one month prior to your renewal date.
