At the B.R. Ryall YMCA summer camps, your kids will make new friends and have tons of fun as they explore new adventures each day.  Campers come away with new skills, confidence and friendships that broaden their perspectives and strengthen their character.  We provide a safe, affordable and fun summer day camp program for youth and teens to grow and thrive in a positive environment.

Kinder Ridge – Weekly themes are incorporated into outdoor games, sports, crafts, songs and enrichment activities.  Campers will have access to both indoor and outdoor camp space, a full playground, GAGA, basketball hoops and a large open field for endless possibilities for play.  Each camp week will consist of a weekly field trip, swimming, outdoor water play and Friday dress up days.

Varsity Camp – This is a middle school sports camp that runs ONLY as a half day option, 8:30am – 12:00pm. The camp will play a variety of sports throughout the week, swim at the Y & go on a field trip. Field Trips will extend into the afternoon. This camp is a great way for your camper to make new friends and have tons of fun as they grow their sports skills each day.

6th Grade Voyagers  – 6th Grade Camp Voyagers provides incoming 6th graders with opportunities to grow in independence while enjoying a safe and engaging camp experience.  Campers participate in one field trip per week, swim twice weekly and have dedicated time to relax and socialize with peers.  The program is located in the Teen Center at the B.R. Ryall YMCA.

7th – 8th Grade Voyagers –  Camp Voyagers offers incoming 7th and 8th graders the opportunity to learn independence in a safe and fun environment.  Throughout the camp week, our 7th and 8th graders are on the go as they explore local forest preserves, participate in weekly service projects, swim and round out the week with two field trips.  They also have time to “chill” and talk with friends. The program is located in the Teen Center at the B.R. Ryall YMCA.
