Kindergarten Round Up
The Kindergarten Round Up program is for half-day kindergarten students in Districts 41. Designed to supplement the half-day program for those needing full-day care, the curriculum compliments what your child is learning in school and encompasses themes of art, math, literacy and STEM. In addition to working on core subject areas, children will enjoy daily activities in either the large gym or on the playground as well as weekly swimming. Add on Swim Lessons are also available at an additional rate.
Lunch and a daily snack are provided each day. Transportation is provided to or from school via YMCA minibus or First Student yellow bus.
Space is limited and fills up quickly.
PROGRAM HOURS
AM at the Y (PM at school): Care begins as early as 6:30 a.m. until dismissal to school. We ask that all students arrive to our AM program no later than 9:00 a.m.
PM at the Y (AM at school): Care begins upon picking up your child from school and is provided as late as 6:00 p.m.
Please make sure to register your child for the appropriate program hour selection. If you register for our program but are placed in a different section in Kindergarten, we do our best to meet your updated needs; however, space is pending current availability.
2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR RATES
$75 non-refundable registration fee is required upon registering.
$170 per week for members (could vary due to school days in the week)
$185 per week for non-members (could vary due to school days in the week)
*In order to receive the member rate, you must hold a family membership*
Weekly rates reflect the actual days that the children have school in that week. Rates are not adjusted due to non attendance. SIP days and Institute/Days Off are not included in your weekly rate. These days are part of our KRU Days Off Program and require daily registration, as needed.

KRU Days off
On days when school is not kindergarten is not in session (SIP days, institute days and select holidays), we offer our KRU days off here at the YMCA. You must register your child at least 48 hours in advance. Day of drop offs will not be permitted as space is limited.

$65.00 non member
$20.00 CCAP (must be currently approved and have the YMCA as your provider)
$10.00 deposit per day. Full draft 3 days before KRU days off
