Cancellation Policy: If you wish to terminate your membership, we require a 30-day notice. To submit your cancellation request, please stop by or call the Welcome Desk at 630.858.0100, or email [email protected]. If you email your request, a YMCA representative will follow up to confirm your cancellation has been processed. Please note: If you’re enrolled in a YMCA program at a discounted member rate, your membership must remain active for the full duration of that program.
We’re sorry to see you go! If you change your mind within 30 days of cancellation and want to rejoin, we will waive your joiner fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: There are third-party companies that falsely claim they can manage changes to your Y membership for a fee. These companies are not affiliated with the Y and often mislead individuals for profit. You never have to pay to change or cancel your membership.
