Open the Y is a free community event celebrating older adults (age 62+), which showcases physical activity and healthy living resources available at the Y and in our community. This event is sponsored by Milton Township.

B.R. Ryall YMCA
– Land & water exercise classes
– Social opportunities
– Vendor expo and raffle
– Catered lunch and entertainment
Although all of the activities are free, pre-registration is required to allow for meal planning.
