Andzelika Kudzmaite
Personal Trainer
Level 1
Andzelika was born in Lithuania and came to the United States at the age of five. She discovered a passion for swimming at the age of ten, participating in age group and high school swimming. However, it wasn’t until after college that her true love for the sport ignited. At 22, Andzelika joined Masters Swimming and has since developed a deep, lasting connection to the water.
A five-time USMS Top 10 National Swimmer, her favorite stroke is butterfly. She thrives in sprint events and also enjoys challenging endurance races such as the 200 butterfly and the 400 IM. Fitness has always been a central part of her life and coaching comes naturally. Although she initially pursued a degree in nursing, Andzelika found that personal training offered a more meaningful path—one where she could make a greater impact on people’s lives through health, movement and motivation.
Personal Training Philosophy:
I believe that if you want to reach your goals, you have to fall in love with the process. Once you fall in love with the process, your success will be the byproduct of all the hard work.
