Support and Resources for Life’s Tougher Moments

The pressures in life are real. Explore these community resources and tools designed to help deal with stress without substances.

Many people use substances as a way to handle daily stress. Physical pain, social pressures, triggers, or personal history can make it more likely that we use more than we’d like. If this sounds like you or someone you know who would like to make a change, support is available.
