Support and Resources for Life’s Tougher Moments

Whatever you’re carrying–you don’t have to carry it alone.

The B.R. Ryall YMCA, in partnership with the Subtract Substances Campaign is offering helpful resources and support for those navigating life’s ups and downs.

Life isn’t easy. The pressures on adults are real: working jobs, paying bills, managing personal relationships, and caring for ourselves and our family. It’s never just one thing. And COVID-19 has only amplified all that stress.

Alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, prescriptions, and other drugs are sometimes used to relieve that pressure. If you’re looking for alternatives, the B.R. Ryall YMCA is here to help you take small steps to move forward, from wherever you are now.

Explore these tips and information for stress management and for mental health and substance use treatment.

Find a supportive community at the B.R. Ryall YMCA. Swing by and take a walk around the track, kickstart your day with a group fitness classswim some laps or just stop by to connect. We’re here for whatever you need.

Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
