Living a healthy lifestyle is important at all ages. Learning healthy habits early in life is a recipe for success later in life.

Twisting for Tykes Yoga (3-5 years)

This is a fun and inviting introductory yoga class for preschool and kindergarten age children. Get your kids started on a path of healthy living at an early age.

Youth Yoga (6-11 years)

Yoga does the body good―no matter what age. Youth Yoga is specifically designed for a growing body. Yoga helps release excess energy, tension and stress while instilling a sense of calm. It helps develop self-awareness and self-soothing techniques which can be applied in many situations.

Zumba Kids (6-11 years)

Get your kids started on a healthy future with Zumba Kids. This class features age appropriate music and fun dance moves – so let the kids loose on the dance floor to release all their natural energy.

TEENSTART (11-15 years)

Are you between the ages of 11 and 15 and want to work out in our Wellness Center? These youth certification sessions teach you how to use the cardiovascular and strength training machines safely, and is required in order for you to be in the Wellness Center without parental supervision. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique and form, including proper set-up on the machines. Please Note: individuals under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the Free Weight Room even if they have completed Teen Start.

Home School Physical Education Class (6 years +)

Our Home School Class is a comprehensive program designed to give your child the chance to experience many different sports. Each class is one hour long and is taught by experienced instructors. We also offer swimming on Wednesdays. Please contact the Sports Coordinator for more information.
